Culture + Workplace Coordinator
The Culture and Workplace Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Charlotte office, dedicated to enriching the organizational culture, strengthening community engagement, enhancing the workplace experience, and providing executive support. This role is crucial for fostering a vibrant, dynamic atmosphere and for embodying the company's core values in every interaction with team members, clients, and the wider community. A champion for community involvement and a model of exemplary leadership, this individual plays a key role in accelerating culture, team dynamics, and regional brand presence.
 
Core Responsibilities
Culture:
  • Innovatively boosts employee engagement and morale through personal interactions, insights, and planning FCC’s internal company events for the Charlotte office.
  • Acts as a culture champion, modeling FCC Core Values to encourage and accelerate team cohesion and development.
  • Engages with FCC’s Charleston branch to maintain uniform office initiatives and event coordination, ensuring a consistent cultural experience across locations. This effort underscores the People Team's dedication to financial stewardship, balancing cultural enrichment with responsible budget management to maximize impact and alignment with organizational values
  • Adopts an inventive mindset when sourcing activities for team development and family engagements, fostering a sense of belonging and team spirit.
Workplace Experience:
  • Charlotte People Team's advocate, aiding in new hire onboarding, travel planning, and presentation support with software expertise, ensuring smooth team integration and enhanced employee experiences.
  • Manages office maintenance contracts, anticipates the VP’s needs for maximum productivity, and assists in meeting the office’s financial goals through diligent invoice and expense tracking
  • Creates a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring the office is well-stocked with supplies, food, and beverages, and that shared spaces are efficiently managed.
  • Oversees administrative services including facility management, equipment, technology, mail handling, and telecommunication systems.
  • Manages office logistics, including the organization of catered events, scheduling of shared spaces, and maintaining an updated contact list of team members, vendors, and community affiliates.
  • Ensures seamless daily office operations, upholding a meticulously planned, proactive approach to enhancing the workplace environment.
  • Offers support for team and office activities and experiences.
Community:
  • Leads community involvement activities, including managing registration fees and ensuring team participation in events resonating with FCC’s core principles.
  • Forges and nurtures relationships with both new and existing Community Outreach Partners, as well as organizations and industry affiliates, to amplify FCC’s local community presence.
  • Maintains regular communication with community outreach partners, staying informed about their needs and forthcoming events.
  • Collaborates with the marketing division to scout opportunities for office and staff recognition through award nominations and community events.
