Sr. Proposal & Marketing Coordinator
Frampton Construction is seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-driven senior proposal and marketing coordinator to join our marketing team. The proposal coordinator should possess a strong knowledge of all aspects of the proposal development process. This role will report to the senior marketing manager and support the marketing, preconstruction, and business development teams.Essential job functions
- Act as the marketing point of contact for new project pursuits
- Work with business development, preconstruction, and operations teams to produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials
- Analyze RFQs and RFPs to create proposal outlines and development plans
- Set and manage internal deadlines for proposal development
- Develop and manage layout, design, and document feel to ensure a quality product
- Monitor proposal content for compliance and quality for final review by Sr. Marketing Manager
- Develop and maintain a library of marketing content, reusable assets, and templates to streamline the proposal development process
- Update and maintain project and personnel information in FCC's CRM database (Unanet)
- Manage FCC team resumes to ensure all experience and qualifications are up to date
- Support the marketing needs of the FCC Charlotte office; ensure adherence to brand standards
- Additional duties based on areas of strength/interest/need (i.e., graphic design, award submissions, videography, public relations, attend career fairs/trade shows, document formatting)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or related role. 2+ years of proposal development experience desired, preferably in the A/E/C industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience required (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Unanet (or Cosential) CRM experience a plus
- Effective communication and project management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly related to proofreading and grammar usage
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive proposal deadlines
- Demonstrate a high level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication in written documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
