Senior Field Coordinator
A Senior field coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist the Superintendent and Project Manager in the overall planning, scheduling, quality, safety, and logistics of a project.  With direction from the project manager and/or superintendent, the senior field coordinator can coordinate subcontractors work activities for an assigned project.  Assists with the overall construction of the assigned project per the applicable codes, contract documents, and policies.   Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company’s mission, vision, and values.  The senior field coordinator is in alignment with FCC’s policies, including processes and procedures, so the construction project is completed to the client’s full satisfaction and at the company’s expected levels of schedule, safety, quality, and financial success.
 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Conducts project startup including permitting, site logistics, trailer setup, project scheduling, safety, quality, and material procurement.
  • Reviews and implements all site security measures for public and jobsite safety
  • Documents jobsite meetings and tasks; distribute accordingly. 
  • Participates, documents, and organizes in project meetings, including daily foreman meetings, safety meetings, OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, site inspections and third-party testing.  
  • Effectively review the project schedule, understands logic, material procurement, and subcontractor sequencing; using information to plan project accordingly.  
  • Assists with project closeout including closeout documents, punchlist, and warranty. 
  • Reviews and implements the FCC project standards; reference the “FCC Project Delivery Manual”. 
  • Manage project wide housekeeping procedures including proper signage, cleanliness, and project flow.
  • Assist with preparation of daily superintendent reporting including manpower, activities, deliveries, and overall planning.
  • Participate in the review of all project documentation including shop drawings and submittals
 
Qualifications of Position
  • Minimum of 12 months to 24 months of commercial or industrial construction experience. 
  • Ability to travel nationwide 
  • Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore and project scheduling programs
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
